By accessing the pk387 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager — whether on casino games or sports betting markets — you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the pk387 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the pk387 Platform. By creating an Account, you warrant and represent that you meet this minimum age requirement. pk387 strictly prohibits the use of its services by persons under 21 years of age.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction prior to using the Platform. pk387 does not offer its services in jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. You represent that accessing the Platform does not violate any law applicable to you personally.
3.3 Accurate Information. When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
3.4 One Account Rule. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) pk387 Account. Duplicate Accounts, household Accounts where one is used to circumvent restrictions applied to another, and Accounts registered using another person's identity are strictly prohibited. pk387 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate Accounts and to void all associated transactions and balances.
3.5 Account Verification (KYC). pk387 may at any time require you to complete identity verification by submitting government-issued identification (such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and/or payment method verification documents. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pk387 may result in Account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawal until verification is complete.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pk387 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pk387 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pk387 immediately via the support channels set out in Section 15.
4.2 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you, until such time as you have notified pk387 of any unauthorised access. pk387 shall not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
4.3 Account Currency. All pk387 Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in PKR via the payment methods available at the cashier. pk387 does not accept or process transactions in any other currency.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. pk387 may apply an inactivity administration fee to inactive Account balances as notified in the Platform's cashier terms. pk387 will provide reasonable prior notice before any inactivity fee is applied.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pk387 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following PKR payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. Minimum and maximum transaction limits applicable to each method are displayed at the pk387 cashier.
5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your pk387 Account in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours to reflect depending on the transferring institution. pk387 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within ten (10) minutes of approval, twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to four (4) business hours. All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification and compliance with any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
5.4 Withdrawal Method Matching. As a general anti-money laundering principle, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, up to the amount of that deposit. Excess winnings above the deposited amount may be withdrawn via your preferred registered payment method.
5.5 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount at pk387 is Rs 300. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the cashier and vary by payment method, with a general minimum of Rs 500.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and cashback offers provided by pk387 are subject to these general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of the relevant promotion, which are published alongside each offer on the Platform. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail over these general Terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and winnings derived from free spins or other bonus instruments must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Real Money Balances are always used before Bonus Balances when wagers are placed.
6.3 One Bonus at a Time. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a promotion's terms, only one active bonus may be held in your Account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active and subject to wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the previously active bonus.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. pk387 reserves the right to void bonus winnings, cancel pending withdrawals, and close Accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses through multiple Accounts, exploiting low house-edge games to fulfil wagering requirements in a manner that constitutes abuse of the promotion, or colluding with other players to extract bonus value.
6.5 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses are subject to an expiry period, after which the Bonus Balance and any associated wagering requirement lapse. Expiry periods are specified in each promotion's terms. pk387 is under no obligation to extend bonus validity periods.
7.1 Game Availability. pk387 offers a library of over 1,000 casino games, including slots (such as Fortune Ox and Lucky Gods Fishing), live dealer tables, and video poker, sourced from internationally certified providers. The availability of specific games is subject to change without prior notice and may vary based on your location or account status.
7.2 RNG Certification. All pk387 casino games use Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently certified by internationally recognised testing laboratories. Odds are subject to change prior to the placement of a bet. Once a bet is confirmed and an official bet reference number has been issued, the odds are fixed for that wager.
7.4 Bet Voiding. pk387 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been materially mispriced due to a manifest error, where the event is subsequently cancelled or abandoned without a qualifying outcome, or where irregularities in the integrity of an event have been identified. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.
7.5 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session or live bet, pk387's server records shall be the definitive record of the session's outcome. Where a valid outcome cannot be determined from server records, pk387 will, at its discretion, either return the wager to the Player or replay the hand or spin.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk387 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate.
All content on the pk387 Platform — including but not limited to the pk387 brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics and audio, text, software, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk387 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of pk387.
10.1 The pk387 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk387 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors or interruptions.
10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, pk387's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pk387 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 pk387 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform or any inability to access the Platform, even if pk387 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pk387's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

12.1 pk387 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; suspected money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification; or any other conduct deemed by pk387 to be contrary to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.
12.2 Upon termination of an Account for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these Terms), pk387 reserves the right to forfeit any Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance held in the Account to the extent permitted by applicable law and the specific circumstances of the breach.
12.3 You may close your pk387 Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon Account closure, any Real Money Balance (net of any applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to you via your last used payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
pk387 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via a notice posted on the Platform and/or via email to the address registered on your Account, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
Your continued use of the pk387 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amended Terms take effect.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pk387's licensing jurisdiction.
14.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising between you and pk387, you agree to first contact pk387's support team in good faith and allow a reasonable period of not less than thirty (30) days for pk387 to attempt to resolve the matter informally before initiating any formal dispute resolution process.
14.3 Formal Disputes. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the period set out in clause 14.2, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as designated by pk387. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
14.4 Game Outcome Disputes. In the event of a dispute regarding a specific game outcome or sports bet settlement, pk387's server logs and system records shall be treated as the definitive and conclusive record of the outcome, subject to any manifest error that can be demonstrated by the Player.
